Application Fee Payment Instructions

  1. Fee Payment can be made by using credit card, debit card or internet banking only. No other mode of payment is permitted.

  2. Print out of payment acknowledgement should be retained by the candidate for any future reference.
  3. No details of fee payment are required to be submitted online.
  4. No document in original or copy need to be sent to the University, unless otherwise specifically instructed. 
  5. Upload the certificates required as per the Prospectus, if any, within the stipulated time.
  6. Login to the candidate home page ( after two or three working days from the date of payment to download the final confirmation page of your application, which can be retained by you.
  7. Candidates shall keep sufficient number of copies of the Confirmation Page.
  8. After the confirmation of application no further changes are possible.
  9. If the confirmation is not received after two days of payment contact the IRAA Unit of CUSAT immediately.  
  10. Candidates can apply for MBA and M Tech programmes during the extended period from 15-03-2017 to 30-04-2017 along with their CMAT/KMAT/IIM-CAT scores and GATE Score details respectively afresh.
  11. The candidates should download the admit card for the Common Admission Test 2017 from the website ( w.e.f. 15-04-2017. Admit cards will not be sent to the candidate’s address by post. Candidates must retain the Admit Card till the admission process is over. (To be produced whenever demanded)
  12. The dates for Department Aptitude Tests / Group Discussions / Interview / Admission Schedule of MBA / MTech courses will be informed separately through the website in due course. 
  13. No candidate will be permitted to appear for the Common Admission Test 2017 without a valid Admit Card.
  14. The candidates are requested to login to their home page and keep themselves updated.
  15. The Registration number/roll number should be quoted in all  communications with the University.
  16. Claims/Requests for benefits under any reservations (Communal Reservation/ Special Reservations etc.) other than what is indicated by the candidate in the CAT 2017 online application confirmation page, will not be considered for counseling/admission.
  17. Please remember that, the registration number, date of birth, email id, phone no. etc are vital information to be provided by the candidate which will be required throughout the admission procedures.
